At Mush Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy and fair return or exchange process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• 15 days of purchase.
• unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
• 10ML Roll-Ons and 50ML or 100ML Perfume Bottles.

cannot accept returns/exchanges for:

1. 15ML Twisters & 5ML Spray Testers
2. Sale Items & Gift Cards
3. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Special Notes & Charges

If cellophane, testers, or the perfume box is missing or damaged, the following charges will apply:

1. Box: Rs. 300rs
2. Tester: Rs. 30rs
3. Cellophane: 50rs

• If up to 10% of the perfume has been used, a small handling fee of Rs. 100 will apply.
• If more than 10% of the perfume is used, the return/exchange will unfortunately not be eligible.
• This policy applies only to online purchases.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at mushfragrance@gmail.com to request a return/exchange.
2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from our team.
3. Once approved, ship the item to the provided address using the shipping label we send you.
4. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–6 working days after we receive your item.
• Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Bank or credit card processing times may vary; please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us again.
